Emergency Alert System
ECAGP will partner with the Galena Park Local Emergency Planning Committee to create a notification system to alert residents of environmental emergencies, such as high emissions events. This will include education about what to do in an air pollution emergency, provide information on local pollution sources, and alert residents when air quality is unsafe. Engagement with Galena Park High School’s environmental group is anticipated.
